Born in Syangja, Nepal, I spent over eight years as a migrant worker in Saudi Arabia and the UAE — learning firsthand the financial struggles, exploitation, and isolation millions of Nepali workers face every day.
That experience became my mission. In 2018, I founded Way To Success to provide the knowledge, tools, and community I never had. Today, we are an 18-member organisation operating across Nepal and the UAE.
